Requirements:

Already hold Foundational Certification

Complete 15 additional PD hours (advanced workshops: differentiated instruction, culturally responsive engagement, data-driven reflection)

Implement a semester-long Action Research Project focused on one North Star (e.g., improving student reflection through goal setting)

Collect pre- and post-data (student surveys, engagement metrics, assessment results)

Present findings in a 2-3 page scholarly report
