Goal:
Lead, mentor, and scale the Bridging the Gap model across classrooms, schools, or districts.
Requirements:

Hold Advanced Certification
-
Complete 10 hours of Leadership PD (mentorship training, coaching cycles, facilitation skills)
-
Mentor at least one teacher pursuing Foundational certification
-
Lead a Professional Learning Community (PLC) or workshop in their school/district
-
Submit a Mentorship Reflection & Evidence Log documenting impact on mentee(s)
Outcome:
-
Teacher earns the title Certified C.E.B.G. Mentor Teacher
-
Award: Certificate + Mentor Digital Badge + Recognition on Bridging the Gap Website
-
Eligible to become a District/Regional Trainer for the program
Professional Development Requirement

Complete 15 Additional PD Hours
Each session is 7 hours in duration, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

Mentorship Training
This workshop prepares educators to serve as mentors by equipping them with the tools to provide meaningful support, encouragement, and professional guidance to colleagues. Participants will learn how to nurture growth while promoting reflection and independence.

Facilitation Skills
This workshop builds the capacity to lead professional groups with clarity and confidence. Teachers will explore strategies for managing discussions, resolving conflicts, and maintaining focus on goals, ultimately becoming effective facilitators of adult learning.
